Marty Ashby sits down with Bill Strickland for an intimate conversation about Bill’s life. The pair discuss how Bill not only recently received his 24th honorary doctorate, but also had the home of MCG Jazz at 1815 Metropolitan St. (which he had built 36 years ago) dedicated in his name as the William E. Strickland Jr. Building.
As always Bill brought in his favorite albums to play including music from Ray Brown, Astrud Gilberto, Cal Tjader, George Benson and more.
