Marty Ashby, VP & Executive Producer of MCG Jazz and Renée J. Govanucci, Director, MCG Jazz, share the music of one the most influential jazz advocates of the 20th century - Dr. Billy Taylor.

This past summer of jazz, Pittsburgh saw a major resurgence of activity on the live music scene. During July, August and September, there were more than 250 jazz performances to enjoy EACH MONTH.
