Seven Fields' Tenorman Eddie Manion is a hard driving Jazz, Soul, and R&B sax player in a Texas Tenor Tradition.

Saxophonist Eddie Manion returns to The Strand for a show featuring Mark Strickland (Guitar), George C. Jones (Percussion), Rick Gallagher (Piano), George Perilli (Drums), Jason Rafalak (Bass) and Danny Gochnour(Guitar). 

Eddie Manion is known for his big open “Texas Tenor” Rock n’ Roll blues sound. He is currently baritone saxophonist and horn arranger/director for Little Steven and the Disciples of Soul whose 2017 tour throughout Europe and the United States was a huge success supporting their new album Soulfire.

Whenever Bruce Springsteen needed a horn section, he has always called Manion, initially in 1977 for a historic group of shows at the Monmouth Arts Center in Red Bank, on his 1988 Tunnel of Love Tour, right up to his most recent Wrecking Ball and High Hopes world tours from 2012 - 2014.
