Jazz in the Hill - Book Discussion and music with Colter Harper - Carnegie in Carnegie

Musician and author Colter Harper presents a joint concert and discussion based on his recently released book “Jazz in the Hill: Nighlight and Narratives of a Pittsburgh Neighborhood.” 

For the musical portion of the evening, Colter - guitar; joined by Treasure Treasure - vocals; Denzel Chismar-Oliver - bass and James Johnson III - drums - playing the music of Abbey Lincoln, Horace Silver, Billy Strayhorn, and Ornette Coleman.
