Juneteenth with Byron Stripling and the Pittsburgh Symphony and Jazz Orchestra - Bakery Square Mellon Park Ball Field

In celebration of Juneteenth and in collaboration with the Juneteenth Festival coordinated by B Marshall from Stop the Violence. This year, the program will be a big band concert featuring musicians from the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra and Pittsburgh Jazz Orchestra under the baton of PSO Principal Pops Conductor Byron Stripling. 

Vocalist Sydney McSweeney will perform along with a rhythm section comprised of Bobby Floyd - Hammond B3 organ and keyboard, PSO bassist Jeffrey Grubbs, and Jim Rupp- Drums.
