Paul Thompson has played bass professionally for over 25 years, including recording and touring stints with trumpeter Maynard Ferguson and saxophonist Stanley Turrentine. Recent playing credits include Hubert Laws, the Smithsonian Jazz Masterworks Orchestra, Jeff 'Tain' Watts, Joe Locke, and Bob James, among others.
