Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra with Wynton Marsalis Byham Theater, Downtown

Wynton Marsalis leads his ensemble in a milestone season. At the conclusion of the 2026–2027 season, nearly 40 years after founding Jazz at Lincoln Center, Marsalis will step down as Artistic Director and as Music Director of the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra, making this one of his last performances with the group.

Joined by the acclaimed Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra, Wynton Marsalis leads an ensemble of world-class musicians performing the music of legendary jazz composers alongside original works that continue to push Jazz toward even greater heights.
