The Pittsburgh Cultural Trust is collaborating with MCG Jazz for the continued BNY Mellon JazzLive series at the newly renovated Greer Cabaret Lounge, downtown.
One of the highlights to kick of the new affiliation in January featured the great Pittsburgh-based guitarist Mark Strickland, joined by drummer David Hanson and a homecoming for Uniontown native, organist Dave Braham. Dave Braham has been a stalwart of the New York and New Jersey scene for decades.
Marty Ashby and MCG Jazz have crafted a new radio hour from some of the sounds of the night featuring music of Wes, Kenny & Grant (Wes Montgomery, Kenny Burrell and Grant Green).
