A homecoming for Sean Jones June 23 at the August Wilson African American Cultural Center;
A jazz flutist and composer - Jamie Baum - inspired by Stravinsky - at MCG Jazz, June 26;
and, a celebration of jazz and the American Popular Songbook with connections to Byron Stripling, Bennie Benack and Bing Crosby coming to the Greer Cabaret Theater - Accentuate the Positive - July 2 presented by Jazz at the Ballroom. We visit with the producer of the event, Suzanne Waldowski.
