In a continued appreciation of Jazz during Jazz Appreciation Month, Marty Ashby invites guest host, jazz enthusiast and MCG Jazz head usher, Ken Quinn, to play an eclectic mix of music from Ken’s extensive collection from Jim Hall, Joe Sample, Lee Morgan and Jackie McLean to Jeff Golub and Madeleine Peyroux.
Hear Bebop, contemporary jazz and a unique twist on a classic Eddy Arnold song, plus a swinging Count Basie tune recorded at MCG Jazz with the Bob Mintzer Big Band.
